About RoxAnn
“Change your thoughts, change your world” is a quote that I believe can help us live a happier and healthier life. Counseling allows an opportunity to reflect on how our perceptions can create a negative or positive awareness toward life. I enjoy working with adults, as well as younger individuals. I have extensive experience working children through teens and families. Is your child displaying difficult behaviors? Does your teen have anxiety, depression or conflicts with family or friends? I can help you and your child to learn healthier coping and behavior strategies to restore a healthy relationship.
My experience with the school setting can help navigate through school issues. I work with all ages regarding grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationships. My expertise also includes working with children of divorce, children of alcoholic/drugs, peer and parent relationships, behavior concerns, and foster care. My goal is to build a comfortable and genuine relationship with my clients where they can share and work with me on their concerns.
