About Elizabeth

As a mental health care provider, I enjoy helping my clients to understand that we are all a collection of our experiences, relationships, and perceptions. I value collaborating with my clients and families to achieve common goals and aim to instill hope throughout our journey together. Seeking out therapy services often comes at a time of need for you, or your family as a whole; a time I would be honored to walk through with you.

Trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization reprocessing, I have also completed clinical-endorsed training for youth with problematic sexual behaviors and have experience working with youth and families impacted by sexual abuse and trauma. I am an adoption-competent provider and have a background within an agency, specializing in working with children and families involved in the welfare and legal system.
