Mental Health Treatment
At Complete Wellness our private practice therapists and nurse practitioner specialize in mental health treatment. All of our practicioners use best practice, evidence-based treatment. Our professionals deal with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral problems, mood disregulation, grief/loss, impulse control difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, parenting and marriage issues.
At Complete Wellness our therapists offer group therapy several times throughout the year. Group therapy can be helpful for individuals who want to develop new skills and relate to others. The dynamics of a group often mirror those of society which can help with relationships outside the group.

Through play therapy, children learn to express their feelings, develop problem solving skills, communicate with others, modify behavior, and learn a variety of ways of relating to others. Play provides a safe and natural way for children to express their thoughts and feelings appropriate to their development.
There is a growing body of research to back up yoga’s mental health benefits. Yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system. Yoga’s positive benefits on mental health have made it an important practice tool of psychotherapy (American Psychological Association).
